Provision Of Jack Up Drilling Rig Services

PROJECT BACKGROUND The COMPANY has requirement for the Jack Up Drilling Rig Services for drilling exploration program at Bawean East Java Awarded Bidder shall furnish a jack up drilling rig (“rig”) to support Company’s drilling program with specification detailed herein from 2022 to 2024. Successful Bidder is required to provide rig based on the following specification: 1. Rig Type: Cyber Jack-Up Rig suitable for 400 ft water depth 2. Rig Arrival Window is expected by October 2022 at the Java sea area. Rig’s SKPP and SKPI from the Directorate General of MIGAS and IPKA for foreign flag rig from the Directorate General of Maritime Transportation shall be available and valid. 3. Rig Equipment: • Draw work : min. 3000 HP • Top drive : min. TDS-8 (or equivalent) • Mud Pump : 3 x 1600 HP • Equipped with Iron Roughneck • Equipped with Catwalk Machine • Equipped with Hydraulic Racking System • BOP Stack: 18-3/4” 15k psi • Minimum Storage capacity: – Liquid mud: 3500 bbls – Bulk cement: 3500 cu ft • Must be technically and operationally ready to support well testing/DST, frac, stimulation and acidizing operations. • Must not have any plan for mandatory docking for maintenance or inspections for recertification during the Contract Term • Accommodation minimum 120 pax.
